About AFP Creativ

Useful change often lives between the obvious boxes.

You should not have to choose between someone who understands the business and someone who can build the solution.

I’m Tom Foote. I work directly with owner-led companies to understand where customers, daily operations, information, and technology have stopped agreeing, and to make the useful first change hold up in practice.

Growing companies rarely need another disconnected recommendation.

They need someone who can understand the business, move between the customer experience and the operating detail, and make useful changes hold up after launch.

I built AFP Creativ for work that does not fit neatly inside one specialty. A website problem may depend on product information. An AI opportunity may depend on an unwritten process. A reporting problem may begin with a handoff nobody owns.

I personally lead discovery, strategy, implementation, and verification across Shopify customer experience, product information, connected operations, and practical AI workflows.

My role is not to make the technology the hero. It is to help you see the real problem, choose a useful result, implement the right first change, and understand what the evidence says afterward.

The system should make the work clearer, not become one more thing to manage.

A guide who understands the context and stays responsible for the change.

These are operating commitments, not claims about results that have not been measured.

01

Understand the whole path

The customer experience, the daily work, the information, and the technology are treated as one connected problem.

02

Keep the first change bounded

The goal is not maximum scope. It is the smallest complete change that creates a useful result and can be verified.

03

Tell the truth about the evidence

What changed, what passed, what remains unmeasured, and what should happen next stay visible throughout the work.

04

Stay responsible after the build

Ownership, documentation, training, and the next operational risk do not disappear when the implementation is finished.

Credibility should come from what can be shown.

AFP Creativ’s current proof includes verified Shopify product implementation, a repeatable site-data audit, and a responsive stakeholder prototype built around documented member and admin workflows. The external CRM connection remained staged. Where revenue, conversion, ranking, or time savings were not measured, the site says so.

Practical AI is a new offer. Its proof will be added only after assessments and implementations produce results that can be observed and verified.

Review the evidence and its limits
  • Direct access to the person doing the work
  • Verification documented for the client instead of vague completion claims
  • Known limits stated beside the evidence
  • No automatic expansion from assessment into implementation

Three steps from recurring problem to responsible change.

No long intake. No generic pitch.

01

Show me where the problem keeps returning

Start with the recurring customer or operating problem, not a predetermined tool or platform change.

02

We define and build the useful first change

Clarify the result, keep the boundary honest, and implement the smallest complete improvement that can create it.

03

We verify it and make ownership clear

Test the real path, document what changed, train the person responsible, and name what remains unknown.

Tell me what’s getting in the way.

Send me your website and one recurring customer or operating problem. I’ll review it personally and tell you whether I see a useful first move.

You work directly with me.
